If you are a recurring Hummingbird customer and have set up a user profile you can track your shipment by logging into your portal and clicking on your shipment under the "Tracking tab". It is in your tracking tab that you can view your shipment details and receive up to date comments on your delivery. Recurring customers can also use and/or provide the automatic generated tracking number found on your shipment page next to "SecurTrak"  to provide an easy and secure way for important personal and/or your customers to be able to track a live shipment on our public SecurTrak page.

If you are a first time customer, no worries! Please feel free to reach out to one of our operations team members to book your shipment and receive your personalized SecurTrak code to track your shipment live. We would love to earn your ongoing business and create you a user profile!
